Pay-It-Forward in 2013...with cookies!

Hey all!  So it just dawned on me that I had my "cookie" anniversary last week!  It's been 3 WHOLE YEARS since I went to my husband and said "I could totally start my own cookie company..." not having a CLUE where to start...that's exactly what we did, never even looking back!  Although I LOVED spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking growing up, I never considered that as a career, or even the thought of owning my own business one day.  It's amazing the opportunities we get when we really put our mind, body and soul into something we truly have passion for. 
 
God has blessed me in so many ways through this cookie journey.  I have had an army of people standing behind me, supporting me through it all.  The one that stands out on a pedestal for me is my husband, DJ.  He has supported this crazy ambition 100% (even the 3-4AM nights, reluctantly) and was there as my carpenter to pull up carpet in the old nursery and lay hardwood floor for a double oven, refrigerator and counter, to create my "Cookie Room".  I have had some incredible clients over the years, and have even had the opportunity to become friends with many, as they have become my "regulars".  I never dreamed Sweets by Steph would evolve into such a successful business, and for that I say 'Thank You!'
 
Earlier this month I had a giveaway that was loaded with goodies, including cookies for a year.  This was the beginning of my Pay-it-Forward for 2013.  (This year will be filled with giveaways, cookie packages showing up randomly to my clients and other fun stuff I have up my sleeve.)  This sparked an idea; an idea about cookies (duh!), with an idea about being a part of YOUR Pay-It-Forward...and here's the kicker...ready? I DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU!! What?!  I know!!! 
 
This is why I want to offer Pay-It-Forward Cookies: 

• To encourage all of us to embrace the incredible power of giving.
• To show others that we do care and that there is love and hope still left in this world. 
• To know that we may be only one person in this world, but to one person, at one time, we are the world.  

Once you decide to become a rock star, I will send your friend, spouse, pastor, teacher, doctor...or whomever, one dozen seasonally themed cookies EVERY month of 2013.  These cookies will be very simple in design and will only cost $18/dz plus $8 shipping!  Well, January is pretty much over, you say?  I know, well, I guess I'll just have to add a BIRTHDAY dozen for that special someone on top of the other months!!  So if you are interested, just shoot me an email at steph@sweetsbysteph.com and I will get you set up.  February is fast approaching, so email me soon so we can start with hearts...how appropriate!
